How does escrow protection work?

When you buy an item, your payment moves from your wallet into an escrow (pending) balance — not directly to the seller. It only releases to the seller once you confirm you received the item, or automatically after 72 hours if no dispute is raised.

How long does listing approval take?

Every new listing is reviewed by our moderation team and approved, rejected, or sent back for changes within 24 hours.

How do I withdraw money I've earned?

From your Seller Dashboard, request a withdrawal to your saved bank account. Once approved, funds are sent via our payment processor.

How does the affiliate programme work?

Every registered user gets a unique referral code. When someone you refer makes a purchase, you earn 5% commission, paid out monthly to your wallet.

What is a Special Ad?

Sellers can pay ₦10,000/month to pin a listing to the homepage top carousel and rotating category banners for extra visibility.
