Buyer funds their wallet via Paystack (card, transfer, USSD, or bank account).
On purchase, funds move from the buyer's wallet into an escrow (pending) balance — never directly to the seller.
The seller ships or delivers the item and marks the order accordingly.
The buyer confirms receipt — or funds auto-release after 72 hours if no dispute is raised.
If an item is not as described or not received, the buyer can open a dispute before auto-release. Our team reviews evidence from both sides and resolves it — releasing funds to the seller, refunding the buyer, or splitting the amount.
